Candice King Candice King, the American actor, became famous as Caroline Forbes in The Vampire Diaries. Candice King started her acting career in beginning of the 1990s when she was a musician. Her first album was released entitled 'It's Always The Innocent in the United States', in 2009. She composed twelve of the 14 songs on the album. In addition, she worked on her acting career by guest-starring in shows like How I Met Your Mother. While her acting career progressed slowly but the big break came in the form of The Vampire Diaries on CW. The show quickly became her a household name. Candice King's outstanding performance and acting skills were widely praised. The series ran for 171 episodes in eight seasons. The year 2018 was the first time she reprised her part in The Originals, the spin-off series The Originals and in 2021, Legacies.
